Dean of the School of Exercise and Sport Science

Brief Position Description: The University of Mary Hardin-Baylor welcomes inquiries, nominations, and applications for Dean of its School of Exercise and Sport Science available on June 1, 2026.

The Dean provides leadership to 13 full time faculty and staff. The School of Exercise and Sport Science is comprised of undergraduate and graduate programs. In addition, it contains a Human Performance Lab conducting internal and external research studies. The School of Exercise and Sport Science Strength and Conditioning Education Program is accredited by the Council on Accreditation of Strength and Conditioning Education since 2022.
