Adjunct Faculty, MS Health Informatics

Brief Position Description: Baptist University of Florida is seeking adjunct faculty members to teach courses in the 30-hour online/hybrid MS Health Informatics Program. The MS Health Informatics degree will offer all classes in an asynchronous 8-week online /hybrid format. Hybrid courses are 8 weeks online with a required 3-day residency for students at the BUF Miami instructional site near the Miami International Airport. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Teach courses in an 8-week online and/or hybrid format in accordance with college and departmental policies and procedures.
• Prepare and submit timely grade and other reports on student progress.
• Design/organize class activities/assignments/documents related to the learning outcomes of the course.
• Collaborate with other faculty and staff to review/produce and/or select course-related content.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
