Brief Position Description:
 This position provides strategic leadership, academic oversight, and instructional excellence for Memphis College of Urban & Theological Studies’ leadership academic programs. This role integrates administrative oversight with faculty teaching and mentoring responsibilities, advancing the institution’s Christ-centered mission to equip servant-leaders for faithful service and transformational impact in church, community, and the marketplace. The Program Director ensures academic excellence, curricular coherence, and spiritual formation in alignment with the institution’s mission, accreditation standards, and best practices in leadership education.
