Assistant Dean for Spiritual Formation and Prayer

Brief Position Description:
Under the leadership of the Dean of Spiritual Life, the Assistant Dean for Spiritual Formation and Prayer serves as a spiritual leader and campus-wide resource, advancing ETBU’s commitment to Christ-centered formation through intentional prayer and spiritual growth initiatives. Engaging in these core emphases, the Assistant Dean will provide leadership and engagement in cultivating a Christ-centered community for the University family—students, faculty, and staff—seeking to lead campus community members toward a faithful and fruitful spiritual life as Christian servant leaders. The Assistant Dean will encourage the campus community in devotion to Scripture and prayer, the mobilization for community gospel outreach and service, and the deployment for global gospel engagement. The Assistant Dean will coordinate ETBU’s efforts to engage in the Acts 2 Movement initiatives.
