Vice President for University Advancement

Brief Position Description: The Vice President for University Advancement provides strategic leadership and vision for all advancement functions at Shorter University, including fundraising, donor relations, alumni engagement, grants development, and external relations. Serving as the University’s chief advancement officer, this position advances the Christ-centered mission of Shorter University by cultivating relationships, securing philanthropic support, and strengthening partnerships that ensure the University’s long-term excellence and sustainability.
The Campus Minister is responsible for the leadership of the university’s Baptist Collegiate Ministries (BCM), and serves as a Christian counselor to students, faculty and staff.
