Assistant or Associate Professor of Chemistry (Biochemistry, Tenure Track)

Brief Position Description: The Department of Chemistry in the J. D. Patterson School of Natural Sciences at Ouachita Baptist University invites applications for a full-time, tenure track biochemistry faculty position. The anticipated start date for this opportunity is January 1, 2027. The candidate’s primary teaching load will include teaching biochemistry, chemistry and non-majors science courses. The candidate will also provide undergraduate academic advising, supervise undergraduate research and honors projects, and contribute to the overall academic environment of the department and the university.
