Jim and Sharon Harrod Chair of Christian Thought - Full Professor (Tenure Track)

Brief Position Description: Baylor University’s Honors College invites applications for the Jim and Sharon Harrod Chair of Christian Thought, a full-time, tenured position at the rank of full professor beginning August 2027. We seek a distinguished scholar-teacher in the humanities who brings scholarly excellence, a commitment to Christian intellectual life, and a demonstrated ability to integrate Christian faith and learning. The Harrod Chair will teach and mentor Honors students while contributing to Baylor’s mission of educating students for worldwide leadership and service through academic excellence and Christian commitment.
