Assistant Professor - Applied Human Performance (Tenure Track)
Brief Position Description: The Department of Health, Human Performance, and Recreation (HHPR) in the Robbins College of Health and Human Sciences at Baylor University invites applications for a full-time, in-person, tenure-track position at the Assistant Professor rank, beginning August 2027. Review of applications will commence immediately and continue until the position is filled. We seek a dynamic researcher-educator whose work centers on human performance, with expertise or interest that spans one or more of the following areas: environmental physiology (cold, heat, space, altitude, or hypoxic stress), emergency medicine, sleep science and fatigue mitigation, military and tactical human performance, microgravity, biomedical wearable devices or sensor development for applied physiological measurements.
