Director of Graduate Teacher Education

Brief Position Description: Oklahoma Baptist University seeks a dynamic, mission-driven Administrative Faculty member to serve as the Director of Graduate Teacher Education. This position will provide leadership for graduate education programs in the School of Education, including the Master of Arts in Teaching, the alternative certificate program (ACCESS), and future programs such as a Master of Educational Leadership and Doctorate in Education. The Director will oversee program operations, student support, recruitment, program development, and strategic growth. This role is designed to strengthen support for current and prospective graduate students while advancing the School of Education’s online, nontraditional, and graduate offerings. The position includes both teaching and administrative responsibilities, with an anticipated 50/50 split that includes approximately six credit hours of teaching per semester.
