Associate Vice President for Academic Affairs

Brief Position Description:  The Associate Vice President for Academic Affairs (AVPAA) provides leadership and oversight for key academic support and program units, including the Walker Memorial Library, Office of the Registrar, Office of Graduate Studies, and the Dean of Online Programs. The AVPAA also helps to drive innovation and growth in academic offerings through the development of new undergraduate, graduate, and online programs. In collaboration with deans, faculty, and campus partners, the AVPAA ensures that academic initiatives align with institutional mission, strategic goals, and accreditation standards while fostering a culture of excellence in teaching, learning, and student success.
